Equipment subject of warranty repairs should be shipped to Mytek at customer expense after receiving RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Mytek. After repair equipment will be send back to customer at Mytek expense.
Mytek offers 14 day money back guarantee on all products as long as they are returned in mint condition (finger prints ok, scratches not).
Customer requiring a return should email/contact Mytek prior to returning the unit to obtain the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
