Equipment subject of warranty repairs should be shipped to Mytek at customer expense after receiving RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Mytek. After repair equipment will be send back to customer at Mytek expense.
We offer Free Shipping on all products via International Express Mail (EMS), UPS and Fedex, depending on destination. We also offer a 30 day "no questions asked" store credit only on all products returned in mint condition (finger prints ok, scratches no).
